Spread over four floors, the house has two living rooms and kitchens, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces!   This former fisherman's house in the old town of l'Escala has been beautifully renovated in 2022, while retaining its original details. Mas Pages is a centuries-old wine estate just outside Palamos, where you can enjoy all the good things the Costa Brava has to offer in peace and quiet!   The Mas Pagès Gran apartment is a beautifully spacious and modern apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a large open kitchen and a lovely private terrace.   You can also use the swimming pool in the general garden. You have your own access to the domain and of course a parking space.   The masia itself is centuries old, but very well maintained. The apartment has been completely modernized and has its own entrance. You first enter your own garden with sun loungers and seating areas and where you can enjoy peace and privacy. Through the beautiful glass sliding doors you enter the bright and cozy living room, with fireplace, TV, sitting area, dining area and modern open kitchen. This charming cottage was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 and is equipped with all modern conveniences.Casa Les Ausels has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a garden and a spacious balcony.The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have new beds. The living room does not look furnished in the photo, but it is now. There are also chairs on the balcony, from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.From the house, it is about a 10-minute walk to the beautiful picturesque beach of Sa Tuna.
