On the property there is a parkingspace for 4 cars. The spacious living room has direct access to the large terrace, which has beautiful view over the garden and the sea. In the living room you have a TV with Astra satellite reception and DVD. The kitchen is, as you may expect, fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, stove, coffee machine and kettle. The house has three bathrooms and a separate toilet. Through the electronic gate you will get to the carport, where you park your car in the shade. Through the front door, you go up the stairs towards the house. You enter between the dining room and parlor. The spacious lounge has TV with Dutch satellite reception. Connected to this room is a very large terrace that can be covered. The ideal place for breakfast and dinner, but also to just enjoy the phenomenal view over the Mediterranean Sea. On the other side of the living room is the dining room with a large dining table. From there you enter the spacious open kitchen, which is equipped with all comforts. There is also a utility room, where you find among others the washing machine. Adjacent to the dining room there is an entrance to the terrace on the side and the beautiful private swimming pool. Obviously, with sun beds and comfortable chairs.
