Thanks to the air conditioning, the whole house remains wonderfully comfortable even during the hot summer months. On arrival, you can park your car in your own parking space. From there, a flight of steps leads directly into the garden, where the swimming pool and various terraces invite you to make the most of the outdoors. With a variety of seating areas, you’ll find a lovely spot in the sun or in the shade at any time of day. Relax on one of the sun loungers, enjoy a good book on the lounge set or take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool. The sunken garden ensures the necessary privacy and is fitted with automatic lighting that creates a lovely atmosphere around the property in the evenings. A perfect villa in Begur - Spain, really near the beaches of Pals and Sa riera, with a magnificent view at the Mediterranean Sea and the Islands Medés. The house has definately everything you could hope for: a private pool, sea view, garden with lawn, a garage, just 1200 meter from the beach, Internet, TV, a lounge set and a barbecue. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. Inside there are four double bedrooms, two got two single beds and the other two have a double bed. Casa Cala Nostra is a very tastefully furnished holiday home for six people and with all the ingredients for a very relaxing holiday. The house is located in the park/urbanization Cala Nostra, with three large swimming pools, tennis courts, table tennis, a playground and lots of greenery and space.The house is equipped with WIFI internet and air conditioning and has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, the forests and hills around Tamariu and Aiguablava.In front of the house is a lovely private terrace, from which you can enjoy the view. Inside you have a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and TV. The kitchen has of course a dishwasher and there is also a washing machine.The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. Villa Pico in Tamariu is a completely renovated villa for 10 people, which will be new in our offer in 2024. A very cozy and stylishly furnished holiday home, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. An ideal holiday home for a stay with children, because in addition to the large private swimming pool, this house has a trampoline, a table tennis table, a garden without stairs and you can easily walk to the lovely beach of Tamariu, the bakery and supermarket and the pleasant boulevard with nice terraces and restaurants. Perfect for a family holiday!   You enter the large living-dining room via the cozy covered terrace. What is immediately noticeable is the long dining table, with a wide variety of nice chairs around it. And although you will mainly be outside, the seating area with TV is also very cozy. The open kitchen is fully equipped, with a large American fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric stove, Nespresso, kettle and everything to make delicious meals. There will also be a large barbecue outside.   Also on the ground floor you will find a toilet and then via a corridor you will reach three double bedrooms and three new bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. Two of these bathrooms are ensuite, the third is opposite the third bedroom and can therefore also be used privately.   You reach the top floor via a beautiful staircase next to the kitchen. Here is a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, double sink and a large corner bath. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a raised double bed. The fifth bedroom is also suitable for two people and also has a private terrace overlooking the pool. So a total of twelve places to sleep, but we rent the house for a maximum of 10 people, plus any babies.   The private swimming pool measures approximately 9 x 4 meters and has a built-in bench to relax in the water. The pool can also be covered and heated for a fee. There is beautiful artificial grass around the pool, making it always green. At the pool there are lovely sun beds and a cozy lounge area with shade. There is a trampoline next to the house. The separation from the neighbors will be planted with tall bamboo this winter, creating privacy. At the rear of the kitchen is another terrace with a view of the surrounding hills. Here is also the table tennis table and the utility room with, among other things, the washing machine and dryer.   This holiday villa is located less than a kilometer from Tamariu beach. Besides the fact that it is a nice beach, there is also a diving board on the rocks, where the children will have fun for hours. In Tamariu you can eat delicious food, sit on the terrace, but also rent a boat, or go diving and snorkeling. There are of course several other beaches and villages in the area that are worth visiting, such as: Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Aiguablava, Sa Tuna, Sa Riera and of course Begur, Pals and Peratallada. We recommend to travel by car!

Casa Lavanda is a delightful holiday home for 6 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, situated in a beautiful, peaceful spot with a lovely enclosed garden and stunning views. The property is set amongst the fields on the southern outskirts of Begur, between Palafrugell, Tamariu and Begur. You can walk or cycle to Tamariu beach via a few sandy paths!Through the entrance gate, you enter the large garden, which features, amongst other things, the private swimming pool, the car park and, at the rear of the house, the tennis court!Casa Lavanda has a spacious, partly covered terrace, furnished with a large dining table and chairs. There are lovely sun loungers by the pool, and there is also a new gas barbecue for long evenings of dining.The terrace leads into the cosy living-dining room. This is equipped with a smart TV and internet, so you can stream all your favourite programmes.Adjacent to the living room and with access to the terrace is the kitchen. This is, of course, equipped with a good fridge-freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and a good coffee machine.On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a single bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. The first bathroom is also on the ground floor, fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin.The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor, all fitted with air conditioning and each with French doors leading onto the balcony/terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and the third bedroom has another double bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a utility room underneath the house where the washing machine is located. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden, where children can play to their heart’s content. The tennis court is entirely at your disposal and tennis rackets are provided. There is also the option to play petanque, for example. Begur, with its charming streets and terraces, is about 5 kilometres away. You can walk to the centre of Palafrugell if you wish. The beaches of Tamariu, Aiguablava, LLafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Sa Riera and Sa Tuna are all within a 10-kilometre radius. Prefer padel to tennis? There are padel courts in both Begur and Palafrugell. And don’t forget the beautiful golf courses, such as Golf Emporda, Platja de Pals, Pitch&Put Gualta, or PGA Catalunya near Girona! Pets are not allowed. A car is essential in this region.
