At the front of the main house, there is a 15-metre-wide terrace with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, equipped with a large lounge set, large dining table and a barbecue.

Both houses have their own entrance and facilities. The houses are modern and consist of two individual parts. To the left of the carport is a modern apartment/guest house for 4 people, built in beautiful ‘Miami style’. It is beautifully finished both inside and out and equipped with every luxury. In addition to two bedrooms and a large bathroom, there is a kitchen with a hob, microwave and coffee maker. In front of the apartment is a wide terrace with a beautiful sea view.

To the right of the carport is the entrance to the main house. An internal staircase leads to the very large living-dining room. Adjacent to the living room is a huge terrace with sea views, a large dining table and some sun loungers. On the other side of the dining room is the large and fully equipped kitchen and utility room. This is of course equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and other appliances. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with bath, separate shower and double washbasin, as well as its own terrace with sea view. The second bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and has a bathroom with shower and washbasin. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

As mentioned, there is a beautiful swimming pool next to the houses. Around the pool is a wooden terrace with sufficient furniture to relax and enjoy the sun and the view. The entrance to this part of the grounds is closed off with an electrically operated carport. You can therefore park your car on your own property.
