From the hall there is access to the open and luminous living/dining room with doors that open to the covered terrace that enjoys partial sea views. Villa Cala Ferrera is a charming Ibiza style villa with a nice combination of antique and modern. It counts with a well kept mature garden and a lot of outside space. Villa Felanitx is a beautiful comfortable country house full of natural light that has been completely restored with a beautiful traditional rustic feel. Outside, an original facade is partly clad in country stone and the inside has traditional beamed ceilings.   From the bright double-height entrance hall we reach the open living room/kitchen.
