Roqueta is a sweet and welcoming cottage with private pool, located in a rural location and ideal for 2 to 3 people. This new home in the Comfortvilla program is the latest addition to our ever-growing collection of two bedroom villas and is perfect for a couple or small family.   With close proximity (walking distance) to the shops and restaurants of the old town of Pollensa, we think this villa is sure to be a favorite of our guests. Can Fiol is an imposing stone-built villa with modern interiors and superb outdoor areas. The private swimming pool is set within extensive gardens with lawn offering excellent opportunities for outdoor living and dining (including a fantastic poolside kitchen area). Villa Sa Goleta is located on the port of Cala d'Or and has two floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. From the entrance/hallway, on the right side there are two twin bedrooms -one with access to a terrace-, a single bedroom and a bathroom. On the other side of the hall there is a single bedroom, a double bedroom with access to a terrace and a separate bathroom. The last bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace.   From the hall, the stairs lead to the lower floor where the spacious living room and dining room are, both with access to the covered terrace and to the pool and garden. Bathroom with bathtub. The spacious kitchen also has access to the outside.   You overlook the bay and harbour. The beautifully situated swimming pool measures 10 x 5 meters and is surrounded by a lawn. There is a barbecue, sunbeds, garden furniture and a covered terrace.   All bedrooms have air conditioning and of course there is WiFi internet in the house.
