You enter the villa on the upper floor, where you find a hallway giving access to three bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed (200x200) has a bathroom ensuite with shower and bath. From the master bedroom, sliding doors provide access to a private terrace with outdoor furniture, from where a spectacular sea view can be enjoyed. The other two bedrooms, both with double bed (150x200 and 120x200), share another bathroom with shower. All bedrooms enjoy a beautiful sea view.
Going down by stairs, you will find a light and spacious living room with TV. From the living room you can enter the terrace with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining and a gas barbecue. Adjacent to the living room is the modern kitchen equipped with all essentials i.e. fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. The dining table next to the kitchen also enjoys a sea view. On this floor there is also a separate toilet. An additional bedroom with sofa-bed and private bathroom with shower can be found on the same floor. Outside on this level there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
One level down is the pool area with private pool. There is also a full bathroom with shower on this level. Sunbeds are available as well.
Another level down there is the large garden fully with grass. From the garden a door can be opened to a path leading directly to Sa Riera beach.
