An ideal place for a holiday without worries.   You enter by parking the car in your garage on the 2nd floor, so no parking problems. This is also the top floor of the building and the floor where the living area of the apartment is located. The spacious living-dining room connects directly to the large terrace, from which you have a great view of the beach and the beautiful bay. This lovely large villa is located less than 4 kilometers from the beaches and restaurants of Cala d'Or in Mallorca! Ideal for a stay with small children, because the swimming pool is fenced and surrounded by a large artificial lawn.   The villa is located near the town of Calonge, just 3.7 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of this part of Mallorca. The shops and restaurants are also within a short distance, so you can make full use of them, but are away from the hustle and bustle.   The holiday home has five double bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On one side of the living room is the spacious open kitchen with all facilities, plus a utility room where the washing machine is located, among other things. A large roof terrace is also at your disposal on this floor.   Next to the house is a beautiful porch with barbecue and an outdoor shower. Of course there are sunbeds and other outdoor furniture.   The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 4.5 meters wide. Villa Riells in l'Escala is only 400 meters from the beautiful long beach of Riells!
