Spectacular house located in one of the most exclusive parts of Llafranc, with unbeatable sea views. Located less than 1 km from the beach and the center of the city.   On the ground floor we have a large living room with a direct exit to the terrace. Furthermore, an open kitchen, perfectly equipped so that you can enjoy your favorite meals as if you were in your own home (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery), next to a small stay with a single bed.   On the floor above it there is a bedroom with a double bed and an underpass bed, you can also separate the stay with a sliding door, to separate both beds, and it has a small terrace.   On the last floor there is a suite bedroom, with a double bed, bathroom with shower and dressing room, and with a small terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular view that the house offers us. There is also a service room with an individual bed in the basement. Outside the house has a large private garden with furniture (sun beds, table, chairs), plus the common part, where gardens, swimming pool, tennis courts, are children's area. There is a garage under the house. House for non -smokers. No pets are allowed.

Casa Cuba is located about 1500 meters from the beach and the lively center of Llafranc.   The house has two floors with 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, and two bedrooms with two single beds). There are also 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room (TV), an open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer). Very quiet area, very suitable for a stay with a family.
