Important information about the holiday villas

We like your holiday to go smoothly. Before you make a reservation, please read the following information carefully.

The cancellation policy in response to COVID-19

For all confirmed bookings from September 15, 2020 with an arrival between September 15, 2020 and December 20, 2021, the following cancellation conditions apply:In case of government restrictions for travel in Spain or to Spain from the traveler’s country of origin during the rental period, it is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge from 14 days before arrival. In this case, Comfortvilla will either refund the traveler the amount paid (excluding any reservation costs) or provide a voucher (for the amount paid) to use for a future booking.

Arrival and departure times

Comfortvilla rents holiday homes per week: from Saturday to Saturday. In some cases from Friday to Friday (see details of object). You can enter your holiday house on the first day between 16:00 and 19:00. On the day of departure you are required to leave the accommodation before 10:00am. If you think you will be arriving later than 19.00 please notify Comfortvilla as soon as possible. 


Linen (towels, sheets and pillowcases, tea-towels) are, in most cases, not included in the rental price. It’s possible to rent linen from us directly, or you can choose to bring your own. Towels for the beach or pool are not included and should therefore be brought by the tenants! Bed linen for a baby cot should also be brought by the tenants.

Additional costs

Nearly everything is included in the rental price. Should there be anything that has to be paid upon arrival, then this will be noted in the house description.  


You must take care of the daily cleaning of your holiday home. We urge you to leave the house in complete and neat condition. Also make sure you bring your own rubbish bags (preferably on a daily basis) to the containers which are situated in every neighborhood on the side of the road. After your stay we always clean the house by a professional company. If the house is lef excessively dirty and/or not in the same condition (with damage) as at the start, we can withhold the extra costs of cleaning on the deposit. 


The Inventory is checked by Comfortvilla every year. In all our homes you’ll find a complete kitchen fitted with a fridge, oven/stove (gas) or electric, your own entrance, normal sanitation, hot and cold running water, sufficient heating, electricity and plenty of blankets or duvets. For specific extras i.e. coffee machine, dishwasher or washing machine we ask you to check the details of the home specifications. If something is missing, please contact Comfortvilla immediately. This means that we can do something about the problem immediately.

Baby bed

It is possible to rent a cot or high chair for your child. You do however need to bring your own bed linen for in the cot.   


Pets are allowed in some homes but as a rule no more than one. Pets are only allowed once written permission has been provided.

Deposit and identification

We require that you pay (cash or credit card) a deposit in advance. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your departure. Should there be anything broken or damaged costs will be deducted from the deposit. The value of the deposit is stated in the reservation contract/voucher. You will also have to be able to identify yourself by showing your passport or identification card.

Construction work and building sites and third party services

If you find that there is some work going on in the vicinity of your home, i.e. road repair or construction work we cannot be held responsible for any disruption this may cause. Some services, like reparations of house or inventory or supply of facilities like electricity, water, internet, are provided by third party’s and Comfortvilla is not responsible in case of their failure.

Maximum number of persons

The maximum number of people can be found in the home description. Accommodating the home with more than the stated number is not allowed and will lead to immediate termination of the rent contract. During the selection of our holiday homes we have taken the criteria of “living area” very seriously. Unfortunately it may occur that there are more beds than the maximum acceptable number of people. If a home is offered, for example, with a maximum of 7+2 this means 7 adults and 2 children up to 3 years old, unless otherwise noted.
