This semi-detached house is situated in a beautiful spot outside Begur on the Costa Brava. The house has been beautifully decorated by the owner, who is an interior architect, with a preference for a modern and light style. However, the most impressive thing is the 180 degrees view in front of you where you can see from Cap de Creus, to Illes Medes and up to Cap de Begur. Just entering the house, you will find the kitchen to your left with an open working station to enjoy the views will cooking. It is easy to clean, but also has a fresh and summery atmosphere.  The location of the house is in the La Borna district, on the east side of Begur, in a nice quiet place. In about five minutes you drive to the beach of Sa Tuna, where there are also a few good restaurants. In about 10 minutes you can drive to Begur, where you can enjoy the cozy terraces, a good fish shop, nice boutiques and again good restaurants. Within a radius of 10 kilometers are several beautiful beaches, nice walking routes and a golf course. Villa Espalter is a very pleasant and comfortable vacation home, located between the village of Begur and Sa Riera beach.The house has a spacious living room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. Outside, there are several terraces, a beautiful private swimming pool, a lovely lounge area, a barbecue, and a magnificent view of Sa Riera Bay and the green hills in the surrounding area.Upon entering, you will immediately notice the cozy and attractive interior. The beach of Sa Riera is estimated to be less than a half-hour walk away, and Begur is also about half an hour away. So you are ideally located right in between. The region offers plenty of opportunities for sporting activities, such as cycling, hiking, padel, tennis, golf, diving, snorkeling, and surfing.The beautiful natural surroundings invite you to explore the area.
