Description
This lovely large villa is located less than 4 kilometers from the beaches and restaurants of Cala d'Or in Mallorca! Ideal for a stay with small children, because the swimming pool is fenced and surrounded by a large artificial lawn.
The villa is located near the town of Calonge, just 3.7 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of this part of Mallorca. The shops and restaurants are also within a short distance, so you can make full use of them, but are away from the hustle and bustle.
The holiday home has five double bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor the spacious living room with direct access to the covered terrace and the garden.
On one side of the living room is the spacious open kitchen with all facilities, plus a utility room where the washing machine is located, among other things.
On the other side of the living room is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. These four bedrooms together have two bathrooms, one of which has a shower and a separate bath and the other has a shower. A large roof terrace is also at your disposal on this floor.
Next to the house is a beautiful porch with barbecue and an outdoor shower. Of course there are sunbeds and other outdoor furniture.
The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 4.5 meters wide. You can park on site, inside the fence.
The house has air conditioning, which can be used between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. If you also want to use the air conditioning during the day, a surcharge of EUR 25 applies.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. For a stay of two weeks, extra cleaning will be done after a week and you will receive new linen.
A cot and/or high chair can be supplied on request.
