This wonderfully spacious villa on the beautiful east coast of Mallorca has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it perfect for a stay with six people.   The house is entirely on one level, even with the garden and the swimming pool. The garden has grass, so it is great to play on. The swimming pool measures approximately 7 x 3 meters. There are several terraces, so you can choose shade or enjoy the sun. Of course there is a nice fixed barbecue.   Upon entering, you go through the hall to the living room with open kitchen. From here you can also walk straight through to the covered terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.   The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (capsules), fridge-freezer, oven.   The spacious living room has a TV with English satellite reception.   The three double bedrooms all have an ensuite bathroom. Two with a shower and one bathroom with a bath and shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning with a timer so that it can only be used in the evening and at night and you can sleep well.   The luxurious port of Cala d'Or, including some nice restaurants, is about 500 meters from the house. The center of Cala d'Or, with all kinds of shops and entertainment, is about 2 kilometers away. The nearest beach is about 700 meters away. Villa Cala Gran is a superb villa located in a privileged location in a quiet area of Cala d'Or but close to amenities that the resort offers. The sandy cove Cala Gran approx. 500m. away and Cala d'Or centre are within 10 minutes walk.   This lovely two-storey villa tastefully furnished, with parqué floors and equipped with all the comforts of modern living. The ground floor boast a bright living/dining area tastefully furnished that connects to the fully equipped kitchen. The double doors of the living/dining area open onto the charming terrace and pool area. The ground floor offers a bright master bedroom with direct access to the pool area. This bedroom has a king size double bed, a dressing room, a spacious en suite bathroom with separate hydro-shower. A twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom complete the ground floor. This classic country house on Mallorca is ideal for a stay with two families or a large family. The house is in a quiet location and has a large garden with a beautiful private pool.   The villa is located just west of Cala d'Or, not far from the golf course and also a short distance from the beautiful beaches and bays on this side of the island.    The house can accommodate 10 people and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
