Where to find your EV charging station in Begur, Pals or Palafrugell during your holidays?
Fortunately, going on holiday with an electric car is becoming increasingly easier. More charging stations are also being added quickly in Spain. So going to the Costa Brava with an electric car no longer has to be exciting. There are now many charging stations where you can charge your car along the Route du Soleil in France, as well as along the other main routes. And the necessary stations can also be found around the A-7 that goes from Perpignan via Figueras and Girona to Barcelona.
In the regions where our holiday homes are located, you will of course also want to know where you can charge your car. Unfortunately, it is not yet common to have a charging station at home, so you always have to look for a public charging station. Fortunately, more charging stations will soon be available in the region of Begur – Pals – Palafrugell. We will keep this page up to date for you as much as possible.
Charging stations in Begur
Ctra. de Circumval·lació, 24, 17255 Begur, Girona, Spain
This is the ring road around Begur, at the roundabout with the exit to Sa Riera. There is a parking lot there and just next to it, along the road, also four charging spots.

This is in the center of Begur, at the P9 Placa dels Indians car park. Here too, 4 charging places.

Charging stations in Pals
In Platja de Pals there is a charging station at the Eurospar, at the large roundabout at the entrance to the village.

Charging stations in Palafrugell
Unfortunately, there are relatively few charging stations in Palafrugell.
There is one at the Veritas supermarket (between Lidl and the police station):

At the gas station of Esclat Supermarket (other side of roundabout), there is one as well.
At the time of writing, there are no known charging stations in Tamariu or Llafranc, or at the beaches. If this changes, we will certainly mention it here. Tips? Let us know!
