Lovely detached villa, situated in the area of Masos de Pals, just 3 km from the beach of Playa de Pals. The house is suited for 6 people, has a private swimmingpool, a large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bath room and various terraces.
From the main terrace in front of the living room, you got beautiful view at the Mediterranean Sea and the Islands Medes. With your car you will be at the sandy beach within just a view minutes. Also the fantastic golf courts of Pals are withing just a few minutes.
The open living-dining room with the kitchen in a single room, causes a feeling of spaciousness, it is also very bright thanks to the large windows, equipped with a TV with Dutch satellite and Wi-Fi internet.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utilities. There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, water boiler and a refrigerator of course. In the adjecent room you will find the washing machine and thumble dryer, plus an extra refrigerator.
The three bedrooms are all applicable for 2 people, but one of them especcialy for children. The beautiful modern bathroom has a double basin, shower and toilet. Around the pool you got full privacy, table, chairs and 4 lounchers.
The pool has roman stairs, so easy for children. A level higher, at the level of the groundfloor, there is a large terrace, partly covered, table and chairs again and a barbecue. Also at the other side of the house is a garden.
