This villa, Casa Monica in Begur, consists of a main house for four people, plus a fully equipped luxury flat that can also accommodate four people, making a total of eight people. To the left of the carport is a modern apartment/guest house for 4 people, built in beautiful ‘Miami style’. It is beautifully finished both inside and out and equipped with every luxury. In addition to two bedrooms and a large bathroom, there is a kitchen with a hob, microwave and coffee maker. In front of the apartment is a wide terrace with a beautiful sea view. To the right of the carport is the entrance to the main house. An internal staircase leads to the very large living-dining room. This house is located against the cozy old center of Begur! In the morning you can walk from your garden in two minutes to the pleasant square for a cup of coffee or to the bakery for bread.   The house has a spacious garden with grass, with a private swimming pool of 10 x 2 meters. You look out over the village to the castle of Begur and to the Mediterranean Sea.   The house can accommodate 6 people inside, thanks to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms that the house has. This modern exclusive apartment is located directly on the beach of the beautiful bay Cala Montgó near L'Escala, on the Costa Brava. An ideal place for a holiday without worries.   You enter by parking the car in your garage on the 2nd floor, so no parking problems. This is also the top floor of the building and the floor where the living area of the apartment is located. The spacious living-dining room connects directly to the large terrace, from which you have a great view of the beach and the beautiful bay. The open kitchen is of course equipped with all modern conveniences and the living room has a large TV with satellite reception.   Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Both the living room and this bedroom have air conditioning. A little further away are the Roman excavations of Empurias, which are well worth a visit. 30 km inland is the town of Figueras, with the famous Salvador Dalí museum.
