Can Fiol is an imposing stone-built villa with modern interiors and superb outdoor areas. Casablanco Carbo - Phenomenal located Ibiza - style house by the sea on Mallorca, with private pool, internet, air conditioning and sea views, sleeps 6 people.   Casablanca Carbo enjoys a unique location, just above the unspoilt Cala San Vicente. This whitewashed villa offers spectacular panoramic views to the sea as well as extensive terraces for exciting outdoor living. The attractive kidney-shaped private swimming pool is the perfect spot for relaxing hours under the sun.   The villa entrance leads into a hallway with doors off on both sides one of which is a small single bedroom. Next to this is a shower room. There is also a further twin bedroom and a master bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over.   The kitchen is well equipped and has a walk in pantry. Off the kitchen is a door leading to the path around the side of the villa and a small terrace with look-out points. The L-shaped dining room/lounge is tastefully furnished in neutral shades of cream and browns. The lounge area comprises of two seating areas - one set up as a TV area. The far wall of the lounge has a wood burning stove feature. A unique and modern house for 8 people, in the center of L'Escala, 50 meters from the beach and restaurantas, and with air conditioning! Spread over four floors, the house has two living rooms and kitchens, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces!   This former fisherman's house in the old town of l'Escala has been beautifully renovated in 2022, while retaining its original details. The coarse stone wall in the downstairs living room is a good example. No expense has been spared on quality and luxurious finish.   Inside there is air conditioning and WiFi on all floors. There are two fully equipped kitchens with induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on each floor. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for smaller children. There are also double beds in the other bedrooms, all with smart TV.   There is a toilet in the salon on the ground floor. The bedroom floors each have a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.   The second living room is on the third floor. In front of it is a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Mas Pages is a centuries-old wine estate just outside Palamos, where you can enjoy all the good things the Costa Brava has to offer in peace and quiet!   The Mas Pagès Gran apartment is a beautifully spacious and modern apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a large open kitchen and a lovely private terrace.   You can also use the swimming pool in the general garden. You have your own access to the domain and of course a parking space.   The masia itself is centuries old, but very well maintained. The apartment has been completely modernized and has its own entrance. You first enter your own garden with sun loungers and seating areas and where you can enjoy peace and privacy. Through the beautiful glass sliding doors you enter the bright and cozy living room, with fireplace, TV, sitting area, dining area and modern open kitchen. This kitchen is easily suitable for extensive cooking yourself. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.   You reach the first floor via a beautiful staircase. Here are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In order not to spoil the peace and quiet on the domain, the apartment is rented to 2 to 3 people, but not to 4. All areas are air-conditioned!   Mas Pages is located on the edge of the large Gavarres nature reserve, where you can walk and cycle to your heart's content. There are also chairs on the balcony, from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.From the house, it is about a 10-minute walk to the beautiful picturesque beach of Sa Tuna. There are also some good restaurants and cosy terraces.
