Casablanca Carbo enjoys a unique location, just above the unspoilt Cala San Vicente. This whitewashed villa offers spectacular panoramic views to the sea as well as extensive terraces for exciting outdoor living. The attractive kidney-shaped private swimming pool is the perfect spot for relaxing hours under the sun.
The villa entrance leads into a hallway with doors off on both sides one of which is a small single bedroom. Next to this is a shower room. There is also a further twin bedroom and a master bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a walk in pantry. Off the kitchen is a door leading to the path around the side of the villa and a small terrace with look-out points. The L-shaped dining room/lounge is tastefully furnished in neutral shades of cream and browns. The lounge area comprises of two seating areas - one set up as a TV area. The far wall of the lounge has a wood burning stove feature. Large glass doors lead out to a covered terrace.
Outside via the lounge is a covered terrace with a glass table and chairs for outside dining and a few steps down to the kidney-shaped swimming pool with two semi circular steps into the pool. A little further round from here is the first terrace look-out point where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the mountains as they end and the sea begins. From here there is a full 180º view.
To the other side of the property is another look-out terrace this time with bench seating and views out to sea. Here you can watch the passing small sailing boats.

This former fisherman's house in the old town of l'Escala has been beautifully renovated in 2022, while retaining its original details. The coarse stone wall in the downstairs living room is a good example. No expense has been spared on quality and luxurious finish.
Inside there is air conditioning and WiFi on all floors. There are two fully equipped kitchens with induction hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms on each floor. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for smaller children. There are also double beds in the other bedrooms, all with smart TV.
There is a toilet in the salon on the ground floor. The bedroom floors each have a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The second living room is on the third floor. In front of it is a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. There is also a metal spiral staircase to the roof terrace/solarium. When it's hot, the outdoor shower will cool you down.
Thanks to the kitchen on this floor, you don't have to walk up and down to the ground floor. You can stream via your phone or tablet on the smart TV on the wall.

The masia itself is centuries old, but very well maintained. The apartment has been completely modernized and has its own entrance. Through the beautiful glass sliding doors you enter the bright and cozy living room, with fireplace, TV, sitting area, dining area and modern open kitchen. You reach the first floor via a beautiful staircase. Here are two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
