Can Fiol is an imposing stone-built villa with modern interiors and superb outdoor areas. The rear terracing follows the full length of the villa and has rattan sofa, chairs and occasional tables for relaxing. Casablanco Carbo - Phenomenal located Ibiza - style house by the sea on Mallorca, with private pool, internet, air conditioning and sea views, sleeps 6 people.   Casablanca Carbo enjoys a unique location, just above the unspoilt Cala San Vicente. This whitewashed villa offers spectacular panoramic views to the sea as well as extensive terraces for exciting outdoor living. The attractive kidney-shaped private swimming pool is the perfect spot for relaxing hours under the sun.   The villa entrance leads into a hallway with doors off on both sides one of which is a small single bedroom. Next to this is a shower room. There is also a further twin bedroom and a master bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over.   The kitchen is well equipped and has a walk in pantry. Off the kitchen is a door leading to the path around the side of the villa and a small terrace with look-out points. The L-shaped dining room/lounge is tastefully furnished in neutral shades of cream and browns. The lounge area comprises of two seating areas - one set up as a TV area. The far wall of the lounge has a wood burning stove feature. Villa Sa Goleta is located on the port of Cala d'Or and has two floors. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. From the entrance/hallway, on the right side there are two twin bedrooms -one with access to a terrace-, a single bedroom and a bathroom. On the other side of the hall there is a single bedroom, a double bedroom with access to a terrace and a separate bathroom. The last bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace.   From the hall, the stairs lead to the lower floor where the spacious living room and dining room are, both with access to the covered terrace and to the pool and garden. The beautifully situated swimming pool measures 10 x 5 meters and is surrounded by a lawn. This wonderfully spacious villa on the beautiful east coast of Mallorca has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it perfect for a stay with six people.   The house is entirely on one level, even with the garden and the swimming pool. The garden has grass, so it is great to play on. The swimming pool measures approximately 7 x 3 meters. There are several terraces, so you can choose shade or enjoy the sun. Of course there is a nice fixed barbecue.   Upon entering, you go through the hall to the living room with open kitchen. From here you can also walk straight through to the covered terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.   The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (capsules), fridge-freezer, oven.   The spacious living room has a TV with English satellite reception.   The three double bedrooms all have an ensuite bathroom. Two with a shower and one bathroom with a bath and shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning with a timer so that it can only be used in the evening and at night and you can sleep well.   The luxurious port of Cala d'Or, including some nice restaurants, is about 500 meters from the house. The center of Cala d'Or, with all kinds of shops and entertainment, is about 2 kilometers away. The nearest beach is about 700 meters away. This lovely large villa is located less than 4 kilometers from the beaches and restaurants of Cala d'Or in Mallorca! Ideal for a stay with small children, because the swimming pool is fenced and surrounded by a large artificial lawn.   The villa is located near the town of Calonge, just 3.7 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of this part of Mallorca. The shops and restaurants are also within a short distance, so you can make full use of them, but are away from the hustle and bustle.   The holiday home has five double bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor the spacious living room with direct access to the covered terrace and the garden. On one side of the living room is the spacious open kitchen with all facilities, plus a utility room where the washing machine is located, among other things. On the other side of the living room is a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.     On the top floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. These four bedrooms together have two bathrooms, one of which has a shower and a separate bath and the other has a shower. A large roof terrace is also at your disposal on this floor.   Next to the house is a beautiful porch with barbecue and an outdoor shower. Of course there are sunbeds and other outdoor furniture.   The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 4.5 meters wide. You can park on site, inside the fence.     The house has air conditioning, which can be used between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. If you also want to use the air conditioning during the day, a surcharge of EUR 25 applies.     Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. For a stay of two weeks, extra cleaning will be done after a week and you will receive new linen. A cot and/or high chair can be supplied on request.
