Villa Platja Roja within walking distance of the beach is really a dream villa! Beautifully modern, stylishly furnished and equipped with a beautiful garden with private swimming pool.   This holiday home is suitable for 8 people. You have four double bedrooms with air conditioning and three bathrooms. From the beautiful living room you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea.   You park your car safely in the driveway, behind the gate. Then you enter the house on the top floor. Here is the beautiful living room which, thanks to a large glass front, has a direct connection to the terrace and offers optimal views of the sea and the surroundings.   On this floor is not only the living room with dining area, but also the kitchen. The kitchen is of course equipped with all modern conveniences. There is also a toilet on this floor.   One floor below are the bedrooms and bathrooms. To start with, the suite with a double bed and bathroom with a shower. Then two bedrooms, each with two single beds and exit to the terrace and garden. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath. A frontline penthouse on the beach of Sa Riera - Begur! You cannot find a better location.   This apartment on the top floor is suitable for 6 people with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.   There are spacious terraces to fully enjoy the great view of the Mediterranean Sea and the pleasant beach of Sa Riera. On the boulevard are several terraces and restaurants to fully enjoy the Mediterranean life. There is also a small supermarket and a bakery in Sa Riera, so you don't need your car for this. A parking space belongs to the apartment, so that going on the road is also possible without parking problems when you return.   Inside the apartment is a cozy living room with a sitting area and a dining table. From the living room you can walk straight to the large sun terrace, which is well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers every opportunity to prepare beautiful meals if you wish. The house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Casa Lavanda is a lovely holiday home for six people in a beautiful, quiet location with a lovely enclosed garden and a great view. The house is located in the fields on the south side of Begur, between Palafrugell, Tamariu and Begur. You can walk or cycle to Tamariu beach via a few sandy paths!The entrance gate opens onto the large garden with a private swimming pool, car park and, at the back of the house, a tennis court!Casa Lavanda has a spacious and partially covered terrace with a large dining table and chairs. There are lovely sunbeds by the pool and a new gas barbecue for long evenings of dining.The terrace leads into the cosy living/dining room. This room has smart TV and internet, so you can stream all your favourite programmes.The kitchen is next to the living room and has access to the terrace. It is of course equipped with a good fridge-freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and a good coffee maker. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a single bed and access to the terrace.The first bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The three bedrooms are on the upper floor, all three with patio doors to the balcony/terrace. Casa Romani is a wonderfully peaceful holiday home in Begur, suitable for seven people. The house is located in the hills behind the beloved bay of Sa Tuna, a few kilometres from Begur.You have a private swimming pool surrounded by various places to relax, eat or have a drink. Inside, the house was beautifully renovated in the spring of 2025. The beautiful new kitchen blends in nicely with the terrace around the pool. A large dining table makes it a cosy kitchen, equipped with all conveniences such as two (!) large refrigerators, a large stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and, of course, everything you need to cook a delicious meal.The spacious living room also has a beautiful large dining table for seven people and a cosy sitting area with a smart TV.Casa Romani has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The suite has a good double bed, built-in wardrobes and a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed plus a single bed, making it suitable for three children, for example.The house is located on a dead-end street, where you can park for free. From this house, you can walk down the hill to the picturesque Sa Tuna, where there is a beautiful beach and a few good restaurants. The way back is, of course, uphill and therefore a bit more challenging. Fortunately, the lovely swimming pool awaits you when you return home! Villa Colina is new to our portfolio (2026) and is an ideal holiday home for two families. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this house can accommodate up to 10 people.All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned, and for the colder months there is a cosy fireplace in addition to the heating.The swimming pool measures 7 x 3,5 metres and has a cosy terrace around it, from where you also have a view of the sea, which can be seen in the distance at Tamariu. The swimming pool can also be heated for a fee (250 per week).The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and juicer.
