On the boulevard are several terraces and restaurants to fully enjoy the Mediterranean life. There is also a small supermarket and a bakery in Sa Riera, so you don't need your car for this.
A parking space belongs to the apartment, so that going on the road is also possible without parking problems when you return.
Inside the apartment is a cozy living room with a sitting area and a dining table. From the living room you can walk straight to the large sun terrace, which is well furnished.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers every opportunity to prepare beautiful meals if you wish.
The house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the third room has two single beds.
In a few steps you are on the beach and in the morning you can dive into the sea for a nice swim. In Sa Riera you can also rent all kinds of things for the water, such as paddle boards (SUPs).
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, which can be used against an additional payment for the electricity costs. However, the location so close to the sea ensures that there is generally enough fresh air.

Casa Monica in Begur consists of three independent sections that together can accommodate 14 people, making it ideal for two or three families to stay while maintaining their privacy. Between the houses is a beautiful private swimming pool with a large terrace. The houses are quietly located on a small road. The large 15-metre-wide main terrace has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and is equipped with a large dining table, lounge set and barbecue, so that you can all enjoy this beautiful place!
Each house has its own entrance and facilities. The ‘main house’ consists of two separate parts. To the left of the carport is a modern apartment/guest house for four people, built in beautiful ‘Miami style’. It is beautifully finished both inside and out and equipped with every luxury. In addition to two bedrooms and a large bathroom, there is a living room with TV and an open kitchen with a hob, microwave and coffee maker. In front of the apartment is a wide terrace with a beautiful sea view.
To the right of the carport is the entrance to the main house. An internal staircase leads to the spacious dining room, next to which is the lounge with sea view. Adjacent to the lounge is a huge terrace with sea views, a large dining table and a luxurious lounge set. On the other side of the dining room is the large and fully equipped kitchen and utility room. This is of course equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and other appliances. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.
As mentioned, there is a beautiful swimming pool between the houses. Around the pool is a wooden terrace with sufficient furniture to relax and enjoy the sun and the view. The entrance to this part of the property is closed off with an electrically operated carport. You can therefore park your car on your own property.
The third residential unit is a second house, suitable for 6 people, and is located on the other side of the swimming pool. You have your own access from the street to the house, which is located on higher ground. This house has three double bedrooms with good beds, mattresses and duvets.
The 6-person house, built in authentic Catalan style, also has a spacious private terrace with garden furniture and sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and therefore has all modern conveniences. The house has a separate bathroom and toilet with washbasin.
Your stay exudes luxury and tranquillity. The beautiful bay of Sa Tuna, with several excellent restaurants, is approximately 1.5 kilometres away. The village of Begur is also about 1.5 kilometres away and, with its castle, market and restaurants, has a typical Catalan atmosphere and appearance. The beautiful golf courses of Pals and Emporda are approximately 10 km away.
The entire property has been finished with high-quality materials.

Newly built house, 100% sustainable and fully equipped, located in a residential area of Begur with views of the forest and the sea.
The house has a capacity for 4 people, with the following distribution:
There is 2 private parking spaces in front of the main entrance gate.
Upon entering you cross a garden until you reach the entrance of the house. On this floor we find a room with 2 single beds and 1 batroom with shower.
On the same level, there is a living room with magnificent views of the forests of Begur
Going down some stairs we find the kitchen / dining room with access to the terrace through a large stained glass window.
Next to it is the en suite double bedroom. The toilet has a bath and shower
Outside you will find the swimming pool and an area with sun loungers and parasol and a dining table.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed.
Electricity will be paid according to consumption and will be charged at the Kw price for the days of the stay. The meter will be read at the entrance and at the exit. The resulting amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Fantastic house located just 200m. from Begur centre and 4km. from Sa Riera, Aiguafreda or Sa Tuna beach. With nice views of the village and the mountain and very cosy decorated. Upstairs with large living room with access to terrace, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs we find four double bedrooms, two en suite and a third full bathroom. There is also a fifth room as a storage room or luggage storage. Several terraces. Garage. Private garden with covered area with barbecue and private pool (10x4m).

Bonito apartamento, espacioso y con todas las comodidades en una Ubicación maravillosa, las vistas desde la terraza son increíbles, la única pega que pondría y creo no se menciona en el anuncio es que es un tercer piso sin ascensor lo que dificulta a personas mayores el acceso.

The most amazing location. We were met at the apartment by Mariah who explained everything. Jimmy was really helpful during our stay. A beachside position at high season on this part of the coast is a treat, otherwise driving and parking is a nightmare. The balcony view is special.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. Its location is perfect — in the morning, the terrace is shaded, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a peaceful coffee and breakfast. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We visited in mid-July, and the beach was neither crowded nor noisy, which made the experience even more relaxing. We highly recommend booking restaurants in advance. If you want to try the catch of the day, go for lunch — by dinner time, it’s usually sold out. We truly fell in love with Begur and the nearby villages — Pals and Calella de Palafrugell are must-sees! Getting to the apartment can be a bit tricky, but there are very detailed instructions provided. There's also a helpful “house manual” with tips on using the apartment and recommendations for local attractions. The staff was very kind and supportive. Overall, it’s an ideal place. We were two families, including two small children.

A beautiful and very spacious apartment, on the beachfront. It has a spectacular terrace with views of the Medas islands and in the back it also has a dining room and a chill out from where you can also see the sea. We coincided with a concert of habaneras and we listened to them in the first line, later also enjoying some fireworks.

I recently rented the penthouse in Sa Riera and I had a great week. The flat is practically on the beach, the views of the sea were absolutely breathtaking from the big terrace. Sa Riera is a very nice place with easy access to restaurants and nice walks along the beach and cliffs.

The apartment is super-equipped and the air conditioning, in these hot days, has made life much easier for us. Totally recommended to spend unforgettable days.
The flat is very nice and is as explained in the add, I especially liked that all of the rooms had their own bathrooms and that is was quiet in the evening!
Overall, I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, and conveniently located place to stay.
