The garden is large with a large lawn around the pool. Near the pool you have a summer kitchen with a fridge and sink. You have also a lovely and cool seating area. On the property there is a parkingspace for 4 cars. The spacious living room has direct access to the large terrace, which has beautiful view over the garden and the sea. In the living room you have a TV with Astra satellite reception and DVD. The kitchen is, as you may expect, fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, stove, coffee machine and kettle. The house has three bathrooms and a separate toilet. A beautiful, spacious villa in Begur (Sa Punta) for 8 people, with a private swimming pool and within walking distance of the beach. This stylish villa is truly very close to the beach, just a two-minute walk away! This charming and unique villa has an ideal location and is easily accesible. It is equipped with five bedrooms and is suitable for 10 people. There is a large garden with a lawn and a large private swimming pool.  The living room has new confortable sofa this year.
