This wonderfully spacious villa on the beautiful east coast of Mallorca has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it perfect for a stay with six people.   The house is entirely on one level, even with the garden and the swimming pool. The garden has grass, so it is great to play on. The swimming pool measures approximately 7 x 3 meters. There are several terraces, so you can choose shade or enjoy the sun. Of course there is a nice fixed barbecue.   Upon entering, you go through the hall to the living room with open kitchen. From here you can also walk straight through to the covered terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.   The kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, such as a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine (capsules), fridge-freezer, oven.   The spacious living room has a TV with English satellite reception.   The three double bedrooms all have an ensuite bathroom. Two with a shower and one bathroom with a bath and shower. The bedrooms have air conditioning with a timer so that it can only be used in the evening and at night and you can sleep well.   The luxurious port of Cala d'Or, including some nice restaurants, is about 500 meters from the house. This classic country house on Mallorca is ideal for a stay with two families or a large family. The house is in a quiet location and has a large garden with a beautiful private pool.   The villa is located just west of Cala d'Or, not far from the golf course and also a short distance from the beautiful beaches and bays on this side of the island.    The house can accommodate 10 people and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Villa Maria is a superb two-storey country house offering a high standard accommodation. This charming country house full of natural light is furnished to a very high standard. The ground floor counts with a hall that opens into bright the living / dining room with a really nice ambience, including some paintings of the owner. French doors open to the poolside and bouganvillea covered garden terraces. Spacious fully fitted kitchen with a side door to the large covered BBQ area. This floor offers three bedrooms, all very spacious and with gorgeous views to the gardens. A twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and French doors opening to the gardens.
