This semi-detached house is situated in a beautiful spot outside Begur on the Costa Brava. The house has been beautifully decorated by the owner, who is an interior architect, with a preference for a modern and light style.

With just crossing the main door you will find a sophisticated apartment divided into four floors. However, the most impressive thing is the 180 degrees view in front of you where you can see from Cap de Creus, to Illes Medes and up to Cap de Begur. 

Just entering the house, you will find the kitchen to your left with an open working station to enjoy the views will cooking. Moving a long a huge table to seat up to 9 people without any problem and a big living room. But the most impressive part of this floor is the private terrace with a table for up to 6 people, and a chill-out area to enjoy the views. 

The upper floor has two bedrooms with four individual beds, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The lower floors are divided into two. In the first one, you can find the laundry and a ensuite room. Last floor, you have another ensuite room with another private terrace and another chill-out area to enjoy the views.

All the house has grey floors with white walls. It is easy to clean, but also has a fresh and summery atmosphere. 

The location of the house is in the La Borna district, on the east side of Begur, in a nice quiet place. In about five minutes you drive to the beach of Sa Tuna, where there are also a few good restaurants. In about 10 minutes you can drive to Begur, where you can enjoy the cozy terraces, a good fish shop, nice boutiques and again good restaurants.

Within a radius of 10 kilometers are several beautiful beaches, nice walking routes and a golf course.
