The private swimming pool and large terrace are situated at the back of the house. Allowing you plenty of privacy as the large fence. The garden furniture consists of teak wood and six pool chairs. In addition to a swimming pool, there is also a jacuzzi at the front of the house. From here you have a beautiful view of the sea!At the front of the house there is a large balcony with comfortable lounge chairs. An excellent spot to enjoy the views of the sea at night whilst grilling something on the barbecue. The house, the swimming pool and the terraces are all on the same level. The living room is a comfortable and spacious area. There is a fireplace, Tv and you can enjoy the hifi-equipment with CD player, cassette and radio. From the living room you look out across the valley of Sa Riera, The Mediterranean Sea and the lush green surroundings. The living room borders on the open kitchen. The central heating installation and air-conditioning means that this house can be enjoyed throughout the year come winter or summer. Smoking is however not allowed in this villa. The special aspect of the kitchen is that the kitchen sink is 1 meter high, instead of the usual 90 centimeters. This provides a lot of extra comfort.
