This modern style villa is situated in the area of Residencial de Begur and it is suitable for 10 persons. The villa includes a beautiful private swimming pool and stunning views over the area and the sea. Behind the house and the pool there is a nice shelved garden with lawn, with on top an extra terrace from where you can see very far in southern direction. Also on the backside is a terrace with shade and barbecue.    Inside there is very nice living room, equipped with all sorts of facilities like air conditioning,  Wifi Internet, TV (internet), DVD and a fire place. Also the kitchen is fully equipped. There is of course a dishwasher, a refrigerator, induction, oven, microwave, electric water cooker and a toaster. The house has two bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink on this floor. In a separate room you will find the washingmachine.   There are three bedrooms with air conditioning. One bedroom with a double bed, one with a twin bed and the third bedroom got bunkbeds, plus a bed for young children (1,60 x 0,70 meter). In front of the living room there is nice terrace with again a lovely view. The terrace around the pool is of course equipped with sun loungers.    On the top floor there are two beautiful bedrooms with airconditioning as well, each with ensuite bathroom. Between these rooms there is a spacious living room, which is connected to a large terrace from where you have a phenomenal view over the surrounding area and the Mediterranean Sea. In front of the house there is a beautiful terrace that connects to the living / dining room. Because of the high location you look out on the hills to the south and even to the sea. Casa Monica in Begur consists of three independent sections that together can accommodate 14 people, making it ideal for two or three families to stay while maintaining their privacy. Between the houses is a beautiful private swimming pool with a large terrace. The houses are quietly located on a small road. The large 15-metre-wide main terrace has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and is equipped with a large dining table, lounge set and barbecue, so that you can all enjoy this beautiful place! Each house has its own entrance and facilities. The ‘main house’ consists of two separate parts. To the left of the carport is a modern apartment/guest house for four people, built in beautiful ‘Miami style’. It is beautifully finished both inside and out and equipped with every luxury. In addition to two bedrooms and a large bathroom, there is a living room with TV and an open kitchen with a hob, microwave and coffee maker. In front of the apartment is a wide terrace with a beautiful sea view. To the right of the carport is the entrance to the main house. An internal staircase leads to the spacious dining room, next to which is the lounge with sea view. Adjacent to the lounge is a huge terrace with sea views, a large dining table and a luxurious lounge set. On the other side of the dining room is the large and fully equipped kitchen and utility room. This is of course equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and other appliances. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. As mentioned, there is a beautiful swimming pool between the houses. Around the pool is a wooden terrace with sufficient furniture to relax and enjoy the sun and the view. The entrance to this part of the property is closed off with an electrically operated carport. You can therefore park your car on your own property. The third residential unit is a second house, suitable for 6 people, and is located on the other side of the swimming pool. You have your own access from the street to the house, which is located on higher ground. This house has three double bedrooms with good beds, mattresses and duvets. The 6-person house, built in authentic Catalan style, also has a spacious private terrace with garden furniture and sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped and therefore has all modern conveniences. The house has a separate bathroom and toilet with washbasin. Your stay exudes luxury and tranquillity. The beautiful bay of Sa Tuna, with several excellent restaurants, is approximately 1.5 kilometres away. The village of Begur is also about 1.5 kilometres away and, with its castle, market and restaurants, has a typical Catalan atmosphere and appearance.
