A parking space belongs to the apartment, so that going on the road is also possible without parking problems when you return.   Inside the apartment is a cozy living room with a sitting area and a dining table. From the living room you can walk straight to the large sun terrace, which is well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers every opportunity to prepare beautiful meals if you wish.
