This villa is new in our offer in 2023! The house is located in a quiet location with sea view, in the district of Aigua Xelida, close to Tamariu. You can walk to the beach if you want, in about 20 minutes.   The house has a spacious garden with grass and a beautiful private swimming pool that is not filtered with chlorine but with salt. Under the house, next to the pool, is a cozy porch with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Here you can enjoy the sun, shade, view and the swimming pool all day and evening.   On the upper floor is the living room, followed by a beautiful terrace that has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. On this floor is also the cozy open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven and coffee maker.   One floor below are the three double bedrooms and the two bathrooms with shower.   You park in front of the door on the street or on your own property within the fence. The location is beautiful, right between the beautiful beaches of Tamariu and Aiguablava. In the evening you can have a nice meal on the small boulevard of Tamariu, or you can drive to Begur or Llafranc in 10 minutes. There are several beautiful golf courses in the region, but this region is also ideal for diving and cycling!
