Surroundings Begur
Begur and its surroundings are often referred to as the Spanish Riviera, the reason being that it is the most exclusive area on the Spanish Costa Brava. Here you will not find the usual typical blocks of large hotels nor noisy camping grounds.
This area is known for its exclusive horizon of villas which overlook the serene valleys and peaceful bays. Besides serene valleys and bays this area has a number of other unique characteristics. These include, old Medieval Villages, typical Spanish cuisine, some of the most exclusive golf resorts in Europe, breathtaking scenery, rocky cliffs and clean pristine beaches.
The area also offers a range of activities, such as the opportunity to dive or snorkel in the protected Medes Islands, nature trails or ski possibilities (seasonal) in the Pyrenees Mountain Range (2 hours drive), horseback riding, sailing, surfing or swimming. For culture lovers the cities Barcelona, Girona and Figueras are a must see as well as the surrounding local villages. The beaches Tamariu, Aiguablava, Sa Tuna, Llafranc and Sa Riera are the main local beaches for sunbathing.
Clues to the history of Begur can be found in the narrow streets of the town which bear names such as “de Pirates” and “de Moros. Today Begur remains a typical small Spanish town and in the streets that radiate out from the square are small shops and boutiques which cater for all your needs.
Whilst Begur is situated slightly inland, dotted around its periphery and all within just a few minutes drive, are many small coastal villages – Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Aigua Blava.
Our villas and apartments have all been carefully selected. Most are situated in or just outside of the coastal villages but all are within easy reach of Begur. Similar in character to our other resorts Begur, and its villages are too small for the large mass tourism tour operators. Therefore, unlike other regions of Spain, this area has not yet been commercialised and is set in the same beautiful scenery that typifies the region of Catalunya.

This detached property is located in Residential de Begur and is fully equipped. In front of the house you will find a lovely veranda with a spacious dining table, barbecue and lounge area. And for the ultimate relaxation, you should lay down in the hammock.
From the private garden you walk into the communal garden with a large lawn with a spacious shared swimming pool in the center. The swimming pool is shared with the surrounding houses. Around the house is a private garden with grass. Next to the house you have your own carport, where you park your car in the shade. The house is equipped with WIFI internet and satellite TV. The living room has a large new spacious sofa and the adjoining dining room has a beautiful design dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, stove and of course a fridge/freezer combination. Also on the ground floor there is the utility room, where you will find the washing machine, an additional toilet and iron and ironing board.
The six bedrooms are spread across the left wing, right wing and upper floor. Upon entering, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the left. On the other side of the house is the master bedroom with a spacious double bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. At the end of this wing, there is another bathroom with a walk-in shower and another small double bedroom. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two more bedrooms. One double bedroom and another extra room with a single bed/small double bed.From the house you can easily walk to the bakery for fresh bread in the morning and to the supermarket. The beautiful beaches of Tamariu, Aiguablava and Sa Riera are a 10-minute drive away. Begur's very cozy centre is about a 5-minute drive away! In short, an ideal place to stay with one or two families.

Really a beautiful villa, decorated with great taste. In front of the house is the private swimming pool with a large southeast-facing terrace. There is also a covered area where you can enjoy lunch and barbecue in the shade. You have a beautiful view of the valley and the Mediterranean Sea. There are sufficient garden furniture, which are of good quality.The design of the house is very spacious. The living room, with direct access to the terrace, is equipped with a TV and WIFI internet. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, such as a dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, stove and kettle.
There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom on the first floor has its own terrace and balcony with a sea view! The second bedroom on this floor also has a private bathroom. Through a corridor you then walk through to the other two bedrooms, which share a bathroom with shower.
From the various terraces you have a beautiful sea view. The villa is in a quiet location on a sort of peninsula near Begur, the La Borna district.Via a small road you can come to Begur fairly quickly for groceries, nice shops and cozy terraces and restaurants. Sa Tuna beach is around 2 km away and can be easily reached by car.

Villa Ses Planelles is definitely one of the most unique villas you can rent on the Costa Brava! This villa is located directly on the picturesque harbor of Fornells near Begur, overlooking the beach of Aiguablava and directly on the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa has 8 bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an elevator, a private pool, a fantastic summer living / kitchen dining area, another kitchen, a living room with fabulous views and of course all the facilities you can think of. The house also has a garage and air-conditioning on the upper floor.
The location is absolutely unique, on the rocks and next to the harbor. Of course there is a concierge service available, which you can hire for all wishes.
You reach the house via a small road that may only be used by residents and is not suitable for oversized cars.
The house was originally built in the 60's, but completely renovated in 2021 and state-of-the-art furnished with new high-quality beds and beautiful Portuguese linen.
On the top floor - street level - are the entrance and three suites with bathroom (shower) and air-conditioning.
One floor below is the professional kitchen, also accessible from the garage to make supplies easy. The kitchen, equipped with air-conditioning, is suitable for cooking for groups, due to the large walk-in fridge, but also the large marble worktop and the spacious dining table.
On the same level you will find the large living room, with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and direct access to a beautiful terrace. This room also has air-conditioning.
The ground floor offers space for a further five bedrooms. Three of these again have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The last two bedrooms share the seventh bathroom.
At the very bottom on the ground floor, there is a fantastic space, where we expect you to spend most of your time. This holiday home is really a super nice holiday home for anyone who loves peace, nature and the wonderful surroundings of Begur and Tamariu! The view from this house is so phenomenal, you keep looking. And that view is in the direction where the sun sets, so you really have wonderful evenings here with longer sun than anywhere else.
You arrive at the house and park your car behind the locked gate. There is more than enough space for several cars. You enter on the top floor of the house. Here are three bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom on this floor. One bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom, which bedrooms 2 and 3 share, has a shower.
One floor down you enter the large living-dining room. There is a spacious sitting area with TV and fireplace. There is also a nice bar, equipped with, among other things, a coffee machine for Nespresso. The kitchen is in a beautiful Catalan style with beautiful tiles. Of course there is a dishwasher, a large American fridge, stove, oven / microwave and plenty of crockery and glassware. Next to the living room is the fourth bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Through the large sliding glass doors you enter the beautiful covered terrace and then the garden with grass and a spacious private pool. Various terraces and seating areas have been created. You will undoubtedly spend many hours here, enjoying the view and the beautiful sunsets.
About 1.5 km away is a large supermarket with a bakery for fresh bread and a fish shop for the tastiest local fish.

This house/apartment was completed brand new in 2022 and is ideal for people who want to live in the beautiful area of Begur and within walking distance of the beach. In addition, you have access to the swimming pool which is shared with the neighbours. The house is suitable for six people and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Casa Joaquim is peacefully located on a forest edge on the border of Begur and Playa de Pals, in the Sa Punta district. From the house you can walk to the beach, the supermarket and various restaurants in 10 to 15 minutes.
At the front is a private parking space and a door that leads to the apartment. A short flight of stairs leads to the front door which leads to a spacious hallway in the apartment.

Villa Francesca is a very tastefully furnished holiday home for 6 people in Begur, located in a quiet location and with beautiful views south of the hills.
This house was completely renovated in 2023 with high-quality materials and very tasteful and high-quality furniture.
The large living room flows into the large, partly covered terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool. The living room has beautiful furniture, TV, WIFI, CD player with extensive collection of CDs, but also a nice collection of books.
The state-of-the-art kitchen is of course fully equipped. It has a spacious refrigerator, stove (electric), oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and a wide collection of crockery.

The most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava, Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc, are all within a 15-minute drive of Villa Francesca. The very good Jodofi supermarket is also a 5-minute drive away.
If you want to play golf, you can do so on the courses at Pals, which can also easily be reached in about 15 minutes.

Casa Monica 4P in Begur is a high-quality holiday home for four people and one of the most luxurious properties in our portfolio. The house is situated in a very quiet location in the hills between Begur and Sa Tuna, on a dead-end street.
The electronic gate leads to the carport, where you can park your car in the shade. The front door opens onto the stairs leading up to the house. You enter between the dining room and the lounge.
The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV and offers beautiful views of both the sea and the swimming pool. Adjacent to this room is a very large, partially covered terrace, equipped with a luxurious lounge set, large dining table and gas barbecue. The ideal place for breakfast and dinner, but also to simply enjoy the phenomenal view of the Mediterranean Sea.
On the other side of the lounge is the dining room with a large dining table. Next, you enter the very spacious semi-open kitchen, which is of course equipped with all modern conveniences.
