This villa, Casa Monica in Begur, consists of a main house for four people, plus a fully equipped luxury flat that can also accommodate four people, making a total of eight people. At the front of the main house, there is a 15-metre-wide terrace with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, equipped with a large lounge set, large dining table and a barbecue. Both houses have their own entrance and facilities. The houses are modern and consist of two individual parts. To the left of the carport is a modern apartment/guest house for 4 people, built in beautiful ‘Miami style’. It is beautifully finished both inside and out and equipped with every luxury. In addition to two bedrooms and a large bathroom, there is a kitchen with a hob, microwave and coffee maker. In front of the apartment is a wide terrace with a beautiful sea view. To the right of the carport is the entrance to the main house. An internal staircase leads to the very large living-dining room. Adjacent to the living room is a huge terrace with sea views, a large dining table and some sun loungers. On the other side of the dining room is the large and fully equipped kitchen and utility room. This is of course equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and other appliances. Recently refurbished house located in the area of Sa Riera, 700m. from the beach and 1,5km from the centre of Begur.   It is distributed in ground floor with open kitchen, living-dining room with exit to terrace and a single bedroom with bathroom.   On the first floor, we find two bedrooms with two single beds, a complete bathroom and two double bedrooms en suite. All of them very sunny and with direct access to the terrace.   Outside, there are several terraces, garden with private pool and porch. It also has a garage for three cars.  

Villa Colina is new to our portfolio (2026) and is an ideal holiday home for two families. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this house can accommodate up to 10 people.All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned, and for the colder months there is a cosy fireplace in addition to the heating.The swimming pool measures 7 x 3,5 metres and has a cosy terrace around it, from where you also have a view of the sea, which can be seen in the distance at Tamariu. The swimming pool can also be heated for a fee (250 per week).The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and juicer. The utility room/loggia has space for a washing machine and dryer.The property consists of two levels: downstairs, at the level of the private car park, is the entrance to the lower apartment with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. An external staircase leads to the level of the house itself, where you enter the spacious living room with open kitchen. In addition to walking, you can also go on beautiful bike rides (with a guide if you wish), play golf, surf or swim. The beautiful beaches of Begur and the surrounding area are all within easy reach: Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Pals.Begur itself is a delightful village with lovely shops, cosy (tapas) terraces, good restaurants and picturesque streets.A car is necessary in this region.
