Casa Monica 4P in Begur is a high-quality holiday home for four people and one of the most luxurious properties in our portfolio. The house is situated in a very quiet location in the hills between Begur and Sa Tuna, on a dead-end street.

The electronic gate leads to the carport, where you can park your car in the shade. The front door opens onto the stairs leading up to the house. You enter between the dining room and the lounge.

The spacious living room is equipped with a smart TV and offers beautiful views of both the sea and the swimming pool. Adjacent to this room is a very large, partially covered terrace, equipped with a luxurious lounge set, large dining table and gas barbecue. The ideal place for breakfast and dinner, but also to simply enjoy the phenomenal view of the Mediterranean Sea.

On the other side of the lounge is the dining room with a large dining table. Next, you enter the very spacious semi-open kitchen, which is of course equipped with all modern conveniences. There is also a utility room, where you will find the washing machine, among other things. Adjacent to the dining room is the access to the terrace on the side and the beautiful private swimming pool. Naturally equipped with sun loungers and comfortable chairs.

One floor up are the two spacious bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom is very spacious, has an en-suite bathroom and a large private terrace with sea views. The other bedroom is also suitable for two people and also has a bathroom. The beds are of very good quality, as is everything else in this property. The villa is only 1.5 km from Begur and it is possible to walk there. You could also walk to the bay of Aiguafreda or Sa Tuna. Both bays have good, pleasant restaurants in a beautiful setting near the sea. It only takes a few minutes to get there by car. The beautiful small beaches of Aiguablava, Tamariu and Llafranc are also a short distance away and can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes via beautiful coastal roads.
