This charming cottage was completely renovated in the spring of 2025 and is equipped with all modern conveniences.Casa Les Ausels has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a garden and a spacious balcony.The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have new beds. There are also chairs on the balcony, from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.From the house, it is about a 10-minute walk to the beautiful picturesque beach of Sa Tuna. There are also some good restaurants and cosy terraces. There is also a beautiful path that leads to Begur in about 45 minutes, we estimate.Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet.The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and, of course, everything you need for cooking. Casa Bel Coll is a cozy family house in 'Escala, with private pool, air conditioning and WIFI internet. This house can accommodate 8 people and is located in a quiet spot on the southern edge of this pretty village. The beautiful beach of Cala Montgo is not far and can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.   This holiday home in the Puig Sec district is located on the edge of the forest and from the terrace you have a view over the woods to the sea!   Inside you have three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have a double bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds.   The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and oven.   The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite reception.   Outside on private property there is room to park 2 to 3 cars. Villa Maria is a superb two-storey country house offering a high standard accommodation. This charming country house full of natural light is furnished to a very high standard.
