Spread out amongst three storey’s, the villa has three double bedrooms. The ground floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom also has access to a large terrace with sea views and 3 pool chairs which can be used for sunbathing.
The extra two double bedrooms are situated on the top floor. Both of the bathrooms have been renovated. The upstairs bathroom contains an authentic set of modern tiles, combined with a modern washbasin, furniture and bath/shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The bathroom on the ground floor contains a spacious shower, washbasin and toilet. The community swimming pool is literally a 1 minute walk away and is surrounded by a lawn. The other houses in this street share the swimming pool and lawn. From your own terrace you have complete privacy and spectacular views.

Perfect uitzicht, mooie inrichting met 3*2 slpk en 2 badkmrs. Zwembad ook zeer geschikt voor trim zwemmen. Mooi Begur in de buurt. Suggestions or improvements: Niets, maar wel besef dat je een auto nodig hebt, het steil is en ca 15 minuten om in Begur te komen.

Accommodation with fantastic sea views, very well equipped and comfortable. Access can be complicated, especially if you arrive on a rainy day like us, since from where you leave the car at the door of the accommodation you have to walk a distance. But Marcel and Marian give very clear explanations of how to get there. You need a car to get around. The only negative aspect was that check-out is very early (at 10) and you have to take the keys to the office, instead of being able to leave them in the accommodation, as is usually the case in most cases. In any case, highly recommended!
