The property is in a quiet location, in a small residential area just above Tamariu. The garden is large and has a spacious lawn, a large swimming pool and several terraces. Because the house and garden are on one level, you can enjoy all the comforts of home. The garden always has both sunny and shady spots. The private car park has space for several cars.
The living room, with French doors to the terrace and garden, is light and spacious. To the left of the open kitchen is the dining area. The living room has a TV and WiFi internet.

A few steps take you to the beach in less than 10 minutes, without any parking problems.
