Beautifully located villa for 8 to 10 people, with a large private swimming pool and stunning views over Tamariu and the Mediterranean Sea. The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, and an open kitchen with all amenities. If you are travelling with 10 people, you can rent the separate studio, giving you 5 bedrooms.

The property is in a quiet location, in a small residential area just above Tamariu. The garden is large and has a spacious lawn, a large swimming pool and several terraces. Because the house and garden are on one level, you can enjoy all the comforts of home. The garden always has both sunny and shady spots. The private car park has space for several cars.

The living room, with French doors to the terrace and garden, is light and spacious. To the left of the open kitchen is the dining area. The living room has a TV and WiFi internet.

The spacious kitchen is, of course, fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The house has two bathrooms, one large and one smaller. The large bathroom has a bath, toilet and double sink, as well as a luxury shower cubicle. The house also has four double bedrooms. And there is a second bathroom with shower and sink.

At the side of the garden is a studio for two people, equipped with a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, and air conditioning. There is a surcharge of €650 for the use of this studio.

The property is located on a hill, about one kilometre from Tamariu. Tamariu is an old fishing village on one of the most beautiful and sheltered bays of the Costa Brava. It has a beautiful sandy beach with lifeguards. Along the beach is a small, pleasant car-free promenade with a number of good fish restaurants, as well as lovely terraces where you can enjoy a drink in the sun. A few steps take you to the beach in less than 10 minutes, without any parking problems.
