To the left of the carport is a modern apartment/guest house for four people, built in beautiful ‘Miami style’. It is beautifully finished both inside and out and equipped with every luxury. In addition to two bedrooms and a large bathroom, there is a living room with TV and an open kitchen with a hob, microwave and coffee maker. In front of the apartment is a wide terrace with a beautiful sea view. To the right of the carport is the entrance to the main house. An internal staircase leads to the spacious dining room, next to which is the lounge with sea view.
