Casa Cala Nostra is a very tastefully furnished holiday home for six people and with all the ingredients for a very relaxing holiday. The house is located in the park/urbanization Cala Nostra, with three large swimming pools, tennis courts, table tennis, a playground and lots of greenery and space.The house is equipped with WIFI internet and air conditioning and has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea, the forests and hills around Tamariu and Aiguablava.In front of the house is a lovely private terrace, from which you can enjoy the view. Inside you have a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and TV. The kitchen has of course a dishwasher and there is also a washing machine.The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower. Two bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. The other two bathrooms also have a shower, toilet and sink and these are shared by the other two bedrooms.The house is located at the end of a dead-end street and from there you can take a footpath to the very picturesque beach of Aiguagelida. A small sheltered bay with a beach, where you can enjoy the fresh water. You can walk there in 5 minutes. You can also walk to Tamariu via the beautiful coastal path.The park has three large and beautifully maintained swimming pools, in different depths. You can of course make free use of this, just like the three beautiful tennis courts, the table tennis table and the playground. Villa Colina is new to our portfolio (2026) and is an ideal holiday home for two families. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this house can accommodate up to 10 people.All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned, and for the colder months there is a cosy fireplace in addition to the heating.The swimming pool measures 7 x 3,5 metres and has a cosy terrace around it, from where you also have a view of the sea, which can be seen in the distance at Tamariu. The swimming pool can also be heated for a fee (250 per week).The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and juicer. The utility room/loggia has space for a washing machine and dryer.The property consists of two levels: downstairs, at the level of the private car park, is the entrance to the lower apartment with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. An external staircase leads to the level of the house itself, where you enter the spacious living room with open kitchen. The living room also gives direct access to the large terrace with dining table, where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner together while taking in the magnificent view.From the living room, you enter the hallway where the other three double bedrooms are located. You can also walk to Tamariu if you wish, via a beautiful walk through the forest of about 1 hour.The area offers all kinds of opportunities for a relaxing and/or active holiday. In addition to walking, you can also go on beautiful bike rides (with a guide if you wish), play golf, surf or swim. The beautiful beaches of Begur and the surrounding area are all within easy reach: Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Pals.Begur itself is a delightful village with lovely shops, cosy (tapas) terraces, good restaurants and picturesque streets.A car is necessary in this region.
