Das Haus verfügt über eine geräumige Wohnküche, ein Wohnzimmer, vier Doppelzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, verschiedene Terrassen, einen schön gepflegten Garten, einen großzügigen privaten Pool (ca. 5 x 9 Meter), eine Tischtennisplatte, Parkmöglichkeiten und vor allem einen spektakulären Blick auf das Mittelmeer!
Diese herrliche Villa versprüht die Atmosphäre der spanischen Grandezza der früher noch unbekannten Costa Brava. Sie genießen viel Privatsphäre, verschiedene Terrassen (sowohl überdacht als auch in der Sonne) und einen großen Pool mit eingebauter Treppe und flachem Einstieg, sodass auch Kinder darin herrlich spielen können. Außerdem steht Ihnen eine wunderschöne Veranda mit Bodega zur Verfügung, die mit einem zusätzlichen Kühlschrank ausgestattet ist. Ein langer Tisch mit Stühlen und ein Grill sorgen für einen tollen Ort, um im Freien zu Mittag zu essen, in der Abendsonne zu speisen und natürlich einen Drink zu genießen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig, verfügt über Flügeltüren zu den Terrassen und bietet zudem einen herrlichen Meerblick.
Ihnen stehen sowohl eine Küche als auch eine Spülküche zur Verfügung. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden, wie Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Doppelspüle, Toaster und alles, was Sie zum ausgiebigen Kochen benötigen.
