Beautiful new villa for 8 people, located less than 2 km from Begur. The villa was completed since May 2015 and was just added to our website. The house has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa Convent is a wonderful residence that has everything that you will need during your stay. The house is perfectly located between the centre of Begur and the beach of Sa Riera which are both at walking distance. In addition to this there is also a view on both the centre of Begur and the beach of Sa Riera. The house is suitable for six people and has three bedrooms for two people and two bathrooms. After parking in your own parking spot, you will go to the front door via stairs which have beautiful Spanish tiles. Once you have entered the house you will be on the level where you will be residing for your stay. Here you will find the living room and the kitchen. You will also be able to enter the terrace with your own private swimming pool and view on the sea. The living room is provided with a big Tv with Dutch Satellite TV. If you want to listen to music, you can use the Bose docking (Apple) which will make a beautiful sound. The open-plan kitchen is created in a beautiful and refined way by using wood. The kitchen has everything you will need. Besides a furnace and fridge and freezer combination you will have among others an oven, a microwave, dishwasher, orange press, Senseo coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, air fryer and a blender (liquidizer). In addition to this there is also a fireplace available at the Villa. If the kitchen gets too hot in the summer, there of course is air-conditioning that you can turn on. On this level you also can find one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. These bedrooms share one big bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and two sinks. Here you will also find the washing machine. One level higher is the suite with a double bed, tv and a small bathroom with a shower, small sink and a toilet. This room furthermore has a private terrace with a view on the sea. And also in this bedroom there is air-conditioning. The swimming pool is heated by solar panels and because of this you can enjoy it in low and mid-season. At the swimming pool there are deck chairs, a dining table with chairs and fun seating lounge to sit in. During the day you can enjoy the view on the bay of Sa Riera, while at night you can enjoy the lights around the castle of Begur. You can reach the beach of Sa Riera in ten minutes via a path with stairs. The beach is delightfully big with several restaurants and terraces. In addition to this you can also reach Begur via a calm path that goes up the mountain to the village.Within 10 minutes you will find yourself at the golf course in Pals and of course there are other beautiful beaches near like Aiguablava, Tamariu, Llafranc and Sa Tuna which of course are all nearby. This charming and unique villa has an ideal location and is easily accesible. It is equipped with five bedrooms and is suitable for 10 people. There is a large garden with a lawn and a large private swimming pool. The villa had recently renovated two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The living room has new confortable sofa this year. The kitchen has ample luxury facilities, just about everything you could wish for. These include a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, large freezer/fridge and a coffee machine.
