The central heating installation and air-conditioning means that this house can be enjoyed throughout the year come winter or summer. Smoking is however not allowed in this villa. The special aspect of the kitchen is that the kitchen sink is 1 meter high, instead of the usual 90 centimeters. This provides a lot of extra comfort. The spacious garden features a lawn, swimming pool and a large covered terrace. The house is single storey and is on the same level as the pool. The living room and bedrooms have their own doors which provide direct access to the garden.The house is situated close to villa Villa Flor and therefore it is also situated on a dead-end street. It has a spacious living room, three bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, two bathrooms and a guest toilet.
