Because 2020 and 2021 have taught us that travel restrictions can be imposed due to Corona, Comfortvilla speciala Covid-19 has cancellation conditions. This allows you to book with confidence. Moreover, we are of course a member of VZR Garant.

The cancellation policy in response to COVID-19

For all confirmed bookings from January 1, 2022 with an arrival between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022, the following cancellation conditions apply: In case of a travel ban and closed borders for travel in Spain or to Spain from the traveler’s country of origin during the rental period , it is possible to cancel the reservation almost free of charge within 14 days before arrival. In this case, Comfortvilla will refund the amount paid minus 5% administration and bank costs to the traveler.
